What we collect

Account data (your name, email, and login security records), and publicly available information about your social media accounts and content, plus public trend data relevant to your markets. We do not access your private accounts or messages.

How we use it

Only to produce your analysis, recommendations and trend reports. Your dashboard is visible only to you, people you authorise, and our team.

Where it is stored

With our hosting and database providers, encrypted in transit and at rest. We keep data while you are an active client and delete it on request after the relationship ends.
